We prioritize safe delivery, but once a package is in the carrier’s possession, it is their responsibility.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please notify us immediately.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you on a solution.
For added protection, we recommend selecting route/package protection insurance at checkout if available.

For high-value shipments—including luxury jewelry, gold, or diamond pieces—a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
If you cannot be present, please arrange delivery with your carrier.
