If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item base on our return and exchange policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the purchase date. All Jewelry and merchandise must be in original condition with original certificates.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed with customized jewelry. If you decide to cancel your customized order after the order is placed, or during the duration of the labor process, there will be a 20% processing fee deducted from the original sale price.
All customized items must be picked up and paid in full 21 days after the final piece is finished.
